Rhuberry Jam (Rhubarb and Strawberry Jam)

This 200g jar of jam is a lovely blend of locally grown rhubarb and strawberries, with sugar and lemon juice.  This is a classic combination and makes a lovely change.  Once the jar has been opened it should be kept in the fridge.  It will keep for 4 weeks after opening but like all our other jams, it wont last that long because it is great on toast, scones and vanilla ice cream.
