INSTRUCTIONS

The Irish Potato Bread Mix is easy to make and gives fantastic results for the novice baker and the more experienced baker alike.   To make the potato bread you only need two additional ingredients, water and butter.

If you are on a vegan or dairy free diet you can substitute the butter for olive oil and get the same delicious results.  This potato bread mix makes 8 slices of potato bread and the only equipment required is a rolling pin and a frying pan.

A fry isnt a fry unless there is potato bread and this mix is super easy to make and tastes delicious.
