Blackberry and Apple Jelly

This 200g jar of jelly is made with wild Donegal blackberries, apples, sugar and lemon juice.  Once the jar has been opened it should be kept in the fridge.  It will keep for up to 4 weeks after opening but like all our other jams or jellys, it wont last that long because it is great on toast, scones and vanilla ice cream.
