Strawberry Conserve
This 200ml jar of strawberry conserve is made with locally grown strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and a touch of balsamic vinegar, once opened it should be kept in the fridge. It will keep for 4 weeks after opening but like our raspberry jam, it wont last that long because it is great on toast, scones and vanilla ice cream.
