Rhubarb Jam
This 200g jar of rhubarb jam is made with locally grown rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice and a touch of clove and once opened should be kept in the fridge. It will keep for 4 weeks after opening but like our other jams it wont last that long because it is great on toast, scones, pancakes and even great on vanilla ice cream.
