This will be a fun workshop sampling some of Donegal’s finest produce as Donegal Wild Atlantic Flavours joins Kinnegar Brewing to cook with some of their best ales.  The class will take place on Saturday 25th May from 10.15am to 2.15pm at Kinnegar Brewery in Letterkenny.

Sian from Donegal Wild Atlantic Flavours will kick off the morning making Stout Bread with Yannaroddy. A spicy relish with some of Donegal’s homegrown produce and lots of tips and tricks on bread making and preserve making in the home that Sian has learnt over the years as owner of Wild Fuschia Bakehouse.

After a short coffee break, Cindy from Donegal Wild Atlantic Flavours will introduce you to the wonderful world of chocolate, by delving into its history, production, and taste, giving you an unparalleled understanding of this decadent treat and the story behind Cindy’s company, Coco Milis that produces bean to bar chocolate. Participants will get the opportunity to experiment with chocolate and beer flavours in what will be a fun tasting!

After this hands-on Cookery class we enjoy lunch, sampling more of Donegal’s finest produce.

The Kinnegar Team takes over after lunch with their tour, where you get an overview of the brewing process ending in the taproom with the opportunity to sample some of their finest award winning beers.
