These bread mixes are easy to make and quick to bake, giving fantastic results for even the novice baker. Both mixes need milk, I prefer buttermilk but milk or any plant based alternatives such as rice milk will work equally well and the Irish Wheaten Bread Mix also needs an egg.  A teaspoon of oil is an easy substitute for the egg if you are vegan.

The mixes make one loaf each and the only equipment required is a 1lb loaf tin for the Irish Wheaten Bread Mix and a Baking tray for the Soda Bread Mix.
